Azita Ghanizada. Ghanizada (born in Afghanistan) is an Afghan American Actress in the United States. She has been featured in numerous television shows. Born in Kabul Afghanistan her family fled her home country for the US and were granted refugee status to remain. The middle sister of her mother raised her in Northern Virginia. Ghanizada got her start in the field of TV with a few National Commercials. She was honored with an award for her performance of Chiara, who played the central character in Laura Neri's 2004 film A Kiss on the Nose. A few of her TV roles include How I Met Your Mother Entourage Veronica Mars NUMB3RS The Wedding Bells NUMB3RS Psych and Castle. The most recent role she has played is a role as a support for the character of Blood Shot, (2009) inspired by the science fiction film Blood Shot and independent comedy You Only Better (2009). In 2008, Ghanizada became part of the cast for The General Hospital prime-time spin-off General Hospital. Season 2 of General Hospital called Night Shift Ghanizada was the role of Dr. Saira Bhatra who is a holistic doctor. Ghanizada became part of HBO Entourage's cast in 2009 as Kelly.
