Although the mantra of hands face space' will undoubtedly be part of our ongoing routine it is apparent that trust is growing and face-to-face reconnections are being made. Rotary is changing. As we move into in the summer of 2021 and the uncertainty concerning whether Rotary can offer the same level of human interaction which Rotary members enjoyed in years before continues. Although the "hands facing space" idea is likely to become part of routine in our club it is clear that the feeling of security is developing, and more people make face-to-face connections. Rotary's face has changed. Rotary has changed. We have sharpened up the way we conduct meeting online for business as well as reintroducing activities for service and social using a friendly face-toface approach. The new possibilities were accompanied by the best practices for preventing pandemics to help create a brand new and bright outlook for Rotary. It's encouraging to know that 75% of Rotary clubs intend to keep their "business as usual" actions. During the summer, many Rotary members have been out with their families and friends, working on various tasks, such as beach and river clean-ups, litter removal and beach cleanups.
